Product Technical Support Analyst

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Product Technical Support Analyst to join its global media collective. In this role you will act as the first line of technical assistance for product users, helping clients navigate the platform and resolve issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for product users, diagnosing and resolving incidents.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and client teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Document support cases, solutions and best‑practice guides for internal and external use.
• Assist in the rollout of new product features and updates, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and onsite collaboration.
• Interest in media, advertising technology and continuous learning.
