About the role
MANSA RESOURCES is expanding its gold mining operations in Liberia and needs a Payroll & Administration Coordinator to manage payroll and provide administrative support for the on‑site project. The role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing and smooth coordination between HR, Finance and site teams.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees and contractors accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain compliant payroll and administrative procedures in line with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support workforce administration, including onboarding and employee record management.
- Coordinate closely with HR, Finance and operational teams to ensure seamless workforce management.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and ensure data accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, administration or finance support roles.
- Experience in mining, construction or project‑based environments is an advantage.
- Experience working in Africa or remote/site settings is desirable.
- Fluent English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with payroll systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.
