Graduate Trainee - HR

About the role

The Graduate Trainee – HR will support the HR team in delivering recruitment, employee relations, payroll assistance, and general HR administration for the firm’s clients. This entry‑level position offers practical exposure to core human‑resource functions while working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and record‑keeping for client organisations.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Help prepare payroll data and verify timesheets.
• Draft HR letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Contribute to employee engagement, learning, and performance‑management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and work with multiple clients.
