About the role
The Senior Business Development Manager will lead the performance of a cluster of agencies, driving key business indicators and supporting the sales force to achieve growth in new business premiums and manpower.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and monitor cluster yearly KPIs and growth targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with agency leaders and potential producers to improve performance, sales, recruitment and business planning.
- Motivate top producers and planners, influencing them to meet personal and agency objectives.
- Identify and develop future agency leaders within the cluster.
- Build strong relationships with internal profit centres and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a productive and compliant working environment across all agencies in the cluster.
Required profile
- Basic degree qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in business development or insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation capabilities.
- Performance‑management driven, team‑player, adaptable and eager to learn.
- Confident professional demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management experience.
