About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join Noda, our fast‑growing open banking payment platform operating across Europe. In this role you will solve complex technical issues, work closely with merchants and internal engineering teams, and take ownership during critical incidents to ensure stable payment operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support merchants during integration with Noda’s payment solutions.
- Investigate complex technical and payment‑related issues using logs and monitoring tools.
- Diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
- Ensure smooth and stable operation of payment flows and integrations.
- Collaborate with Payments, Automation, SRE, Account Management, and Product teams.
- Improve and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and internal knowledge base.
- Participate in integration testing and quality‑control processes.
- Mentor junior team members and help raise support standards.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in technical support, integration support, or payment support.
- Background in FinTech, payment systems, PSPs, or open‑banking products.
- Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, client‑server architecture, and payment flows.
- Experience with incident management, SLA/SLO principles, and production support environments.
- Proficiency working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
