Procurement Assistant (Liberian Nationals Only)

About the role

The Procurement Assistant will support the acquisition of goods and services essential for delivering high‑quality programs to vulnerable populations. Working under the Procurement Officer, you will help ensure procurement processes are transparent, accountable, and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Assist requestors in completing comprehensive Purchase Requisition Forms.
• Maintain the procurement plan and tracking tool to communicate needs and order status.
• Support the search for reputable suppliers and conduct supplier visits for due diligence.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow CRS procurement standards.
• Prepare payment requests, verify supporting documentation, and follow up on discrepancies.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or related administration.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
