Support Staff – Prop Firm Operations & Trader Support

About the role

We are seeking organized and responsive support staff to assist traders within a proprietary trading firm. The role involves handling technical issues, account queries, payouts, and onboarding while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Answer trader support tickets and community questions via Discord, Telegram and ticketing systems.
• Assist traders with account setup, platform access, evaluation rules, payout requests, and KYC processes.
• Troubleshoot dashboard and account issues, and help onboard new traders.
• Escalate technical or payment‑related problems to internal teams.
• Maintain response‑time standards and monitor trader satisfaction.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to improving support systems.
• Update FAQs and onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Basic to intermediate understanding of futures, crypto, or prop‑firm environments.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional with frustrated users.
• Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, ticketing systems, and trading platforms.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
