Talent Sourcer – Remote

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its global HR team. Working remotely, you will help fill senior‑level and hard‑to‑fill positions across our portfolio of social discovery products.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for senior‑level and hard‑to‑fill roles using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Identify, approach and engage passive talent through advanced Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical business roles.
• Create personalized outreach messages to boost candidate response rates.
• Analyze, test and continuously optimise sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Talent mapping experience is a plus.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
