Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads and close new business opportunities. You will act as the bridge between our services and clients, helping them achieve their career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls daily using company‑provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport and schedule appointments with business owners.
• Conduct Business Evaluation Meetings with pre‑qualified leads to assess needs, pain points and goals.
• Deliver consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.
