HR Business Partner / HR Director for Global Digital Platform

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Director to lead the people function for our core business unit. You will work with globally distributed, remote teams across more than 150 countries, ensuring HR practices support our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure personnel effectiveness and alignment with company strategic and financial targets.
• Manage staffing levels, oversee successful probation completions, and maintain workforce satisfaction.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
• Implement and enforce HR processes, guaranteeing compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor and report on manager and employee satisfaction with HR services.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital/IT/product company.
• Proven ability to execute the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, training, succession planning, performance evaluation, and termination.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, efficiency, engagement, and loyalty metrics, with hands‑on C&B and analytics.
• Goal‑oriented, data‑driven mindset with strong persistence and results focus.
