IT Coordinator (Monrovia)

About the role

Last Mile Health is seeking an IT Coordinator to join its Liberia team in Monrovia. The role will provide multi‑site technical support, manage enterprise IT assets and improve workflow efficiency through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT operations support to country staff, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Coordinate with global IT to resolve problems while minimizing disruption.
• Monitor and manage voice and data networks (cellular, broadband, satellite) and maintain vendor relationships.
• Administer digital accounts for staff, including email, phone credit and software licences.
• Identify and implement technology solutions that increase organisational efficiency.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering multi‑site technical support in a resource‑limited environment.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise IT assets and coordinate with vendors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Liberian national currently residing in Liberia.
