Production Equipment Technician

About the role

The Production Equipment Technician supports America’s Keswick’s Production Department by preparing, breaking down, inventorying and maintaining audio, video and lighting equipment used in worship services, conferences and events. This position ensures that all production gear is organized, labeled and ready for use by staff, contractors and volunteers.

Key responsibilities

• Break down and pack away audio, video and lighting equipment after each event.
• Conduct inventory checks, label and store equipment in designated locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production gear.
• Maintain an orderly equipment storage area to facilitate quick access.
• Collaborate with the Production team to ensure equipment readiness for upcoming events.

Required profile

• Mature Christian who demonstrates Christ‑likeness and upholds a solid testimony.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced event environment.
• Willingness to serve the ministry’s mission through reliable equipment support.
