About the role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to design, implement, and optimise AI‑driven workflows across the organisation. In this senior role you will lead the integration of generative AI tools, ensuring measurable productivity gains and seamless business process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and document enterprise‑scale AI‑powered workflows.
- Develop automation solutions using ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, or Codex.
- Architect cross‑platform AI solutions and guarantee system interoperability.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise knowledge‑management and collaboration tools.
- Lead AI adoption initiatives and provide change‑management guidance.
- Analyse existing business processes to deliver data‑driven improvements.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments working with generative AI.
- Proven track record of deploying AI‑powered workflow automation.
- Strong expertise in business process optimisation and enterprise systems.
- Excellent systems‑thinking and documentation abilities.
- Experience driving digital transformation and cross‑functional adoption.
