Insurance Claim Assessor

About the role

We are looking for motivated Insurance Claim Assessors to join UHY & Co. In this role you will evaluate insurance claims, conduct site visits and produce detailed reports to support our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and investigate insurance claims to determine validity and liability.
• Conduct surveys and site visits to gather evidence and document findings.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and recommendations for claim settlements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties, including clients and adjusters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Degree holder or HSC graduate.
• Valid driving licence (compulsory).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel for site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
