职位概况
负责售前技术支持，围绕OTD人才培养需求，为客户提供定制化方案设计、呈现与沟通。
主要职责
- 陪同销售拜访，调研客户需求，识别人才培养痛点。
- 设计并撰写定制化人才发展方案及专业建议书。
- 向客户中高层宣讲方案，解答疑问并处理异议。
- 参与招投标技术应答、讲标及答疑。
- 提供售前技术支持，协助制定销售策略和商机评估。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，2年以上OTD相关项目经验，优先考虑知名机构或咨询公司背景。
- 熟练使用Office（PPT/Word）及思维导图等工具。
- 适应快节奏工作，能与销售及交付团队紧密合作。
- 关注行业新趋势，主动提升专业能力。
