Sales & Business Development Officer

About the role

Wellness Partners Medical Center in Monrovia, Liberia is looking for a full-time Sales & Business Development Officer. The role supports the growth of the centre by executing its marketing strategy, generating sales through outreach and lead generation, and building relationships with individual and organizational clients. It is an entry-level position for someone eager to learn healthcare marketing, sales, CRM, digital marketing and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads (patients, corporate clients, insurers, institutions) and track them through to conversion
• Present services, health screening packages, membership plans and corporate health solutions, and support proposals and quotations
• Coordinate weekly corporate outreach, organize health screening events and represent the centre at health fairs and community events
• Support the annual marketing plan, distribute promotional materials and run campaigns for awareness months and service promotions
• Assist with social media, WhatsApp Business, email and WhatsApp campaigns, SEO and online reputation management
• Use AI tools and basic graphic design to create content, and track leads, conversions and campaign performance
• Maintain sales logs, dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, and collect customer feedback
