About the role
Rohais Chinese Takeaway is seeking two distinct positions: a full‑time Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and a part‑time Server to assist with front‑of‑house duties. Both roles are essential to delivering a high‑quality dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Sous Chef: Prepare and cook menu items, maintain kitchen hygiene, and assist the head chef with daily planning.
- Server: Operate the till, take customer orders, and ensure prompt service during evening shifts.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience working in a professional kitchen for the Sous Chef role.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred for the Server role.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale system operation.
