IT Support Ops Expert (AI Data Trainer)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented IT Support Operations Expert to help train and evaluate an AI agent by reviewing and labeling workplace scenarios from a B2B SaaS environment. This is a fully remote, hourly contractor position with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review B2B SaaS workplace scenarios, including executor role, task, cast, and attribute list.
• Judge the appropriateness of each attribute for AI use and determine visibility for each cast member.
• Label each attribute as yes, no, or undecidable, providing a concise justification based on contextual integrity norms.
• Handle ambiguous cases consistently, documenting reasoning clearly.
• Maintain high quality and consistency across high‑volume labeling workflows.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or IT Operations within a B2B SaaS company or similar environment.
• Strong English writing and analytical reasoning skills.
• Familiarity with common IT/SaaS workflows such as access provisioning, ticket escalation, incident response, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Comfort reading basic technical context without needing deep coding expertise.
• High attention to detail and ability to apply structured rubrics consistently.
