IT/SaaS Ops Expert – AI Data Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a remote IT/SaaS Operations expert to help train an AI agent on appropriate information use within a B2B SaaS environment. You will evaluate real‑world scenarios and label data according to contextual integrity norms.

Key responsibilities

• Review B2B SaaS workplace scenarios covering access provisioning, incident response, support escalations, onboarding/offboarding, and data access reviews.
• For each scenario attribute, determine if the AI agent’s use and visibility are appropriate, labeling yes, no, or undecidable.
• Provide concise justifications grounded in contextual integrity principles.
• Apply structured guidelines consistently and maintain high annotation quality.
• Identify edge cases and follow escalation procedures when context is insufficient.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT/SaaS Ops role (e.g., IT support, security, SRE, customer success) at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong English writing and analytical reasoning skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS workflows such as provisioning, escalations, incident handling, onboarding/offboarding, and access reviews.
• Comfort reading basic technical information; coding expertise not required.
• High attention to detail and ability to apply structured rubrics.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and providing defensible judgments.
