Junior Partner Account Manager – Multilingual (Chinese, Russian, English)

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a global leader in online communication platforms, serving 500 million users across 60+ brands. We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager who is fluent in Chinese, Russian and English to support our affiliate partners, manage project communications and help grow partner revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop partner relationships, especially those without current income.
• Define tasks for outsourcing teams, write clear instructions and monitor execution.
• Communicate regularly with affiliate partners, gather feedback and address frequent inquiries.
• Maintain project news channels and respond to partner requests promptly.
• Assist with onboarding new partners and support all CRM chat interactions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (C1+ level) and English (B1+ level).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience negotiating with contractors, partners and handling claims.
• Comfortable working with data in tables and spreadsheets.
