Senior Injection Mold Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Injection Mold Engineer with strong expertise in plastics processing to lead new mold projects and optimise existing production lines. You will work closely with design, production and quality teams to ensure high‑performance moulds from prototype to full‑scale manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Kick‑off new mould projects and define injection parameters from scratch.
• Repair and maintain minor moulds, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Oversee the full mould lifecycle: release, running, trials, and performance validation.
• Apply scientific molding techniques and Lean tools (SMED, 5S) to improve efficiency.
• Manage PPAP processes and support multi‑injection machine operations.
• Travel to customer sites and production facilities as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in injection molding processes.
• Proven knowledge of plastic mould design and repair.
• Familiarity with a range of processed materials (ABS, PMMA, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene).
• English proficiency of at least 60% and a valid passport/visa.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results quickly.
