CCM Facilitator

About the role

The CCM Facilitator is a key operational leader who steers project execution so that all activities follow approved designs, timelines, budgets and organizational policies. The role advances program objectives by aligning daily operations with national strategic plans, manages on-site implementation and offers technical expertise and administrative support to staff, volunteers and community partners. It ensures compliance with quality standards, donor mandates and internal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive awareness initiatives on integral mission within local congregations, encouraging active participation in development projects.
• Collaborate with the CCM Coordinator on daily field operations of Church and Community Mobilization, with a focus on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programs.
• Coordinate with LW partners and local churches to deliver project outcomes based on Integral Mission principles, using the Flourish Approach in the WASH sector.
• Support local churches in implementing and sustaining integral mission practices.
• Strengthen Trainers of Trainers (TOTs) and local clergy in the Oral Bible Storying methodology and build church capacity in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL).
• Organize and supervise TOT activities on CCM and Health & Safety training modules.
• Ensure adherence to LWI quality standards and compliance with program management protocols, including timely LWIS reports, donor reports and project documentation.
• Communicate the gospel clearly and effectively in all communities served.
• Take part in program development, such as needs assessments, baseline studies and evaluations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
