Program Officer – Maternal, Neonatal & Child Health

About the role

FHI 360 is looking for a Program Officer to support the Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (MNCH) component of the EpiC project in Liberia. The role focuses on administrative and program‑management functions that keep the project on schedule, within budget, and aligned with donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with planning, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and sub‑task assignments.
• Maintain electronic and physical project files, distribution lists, and the project calendar to ensure timely reporting.
• Collect, compile, and analyze metrics, data, and cost information for internal and external reports.
• Prepare procurement documentation (PRs, SOWs) and support budget coordination with finance and contracts units.
• Serve as liaison with sub‑contractors, partners, and internal units to track deliverables and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of program administration concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong analytical ability to gather and interpret project data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical, finance, and contractual teams.
